We make an appointment for a specific day and time. One session lasts, depending on the needs – from 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Prices are set individually.


During individual classes, I focus 100% on you.
We work on areas that are important to you.
The level of advancement, pace, and type of asanas are tailored to your needs, abilities and mood.
There is no pressure, competition or comparison with others during individual classes. You will feel safe and comfortable.
This is time just for you, devoted to your development, reaching into yourself.

Asanas (yoga)
In class, we perform asanas, which are standard postures taken from Rajadhiraja Yoga, arranged in sequences according to the principles of Ashtanga yoga.
I also prepare yin yoga classes, dynamic classes, and do yoga nidra.

Breath
Proper breathing is essential when performing asanas, it affects the mind, and thus our emotions and performance. It helps in everyday life, especially in stressful and difficult situations. It can be the first lifeline that will effectively help overcome problems on the mat and in everyday life.

Working with the chakras
By practicing yoga, we can gradually control our weaknesses and change our thoughts and behavior. This is because asanas have a tremendous effect on the endocrine glands such as the thyroid gland, parathyroid gland, adrenal glands, thymus, etc. Our mind, our thoughts and emotions have a direct influence on our body and our actions. I will show you which asanas affect specific chakras.

Relaxation
Classes begin with relaxing individual parts of the body to prepare the body to perform asanas and end with deep relaxation in order to integrate the whole practice and ensure physical and emotional balance.

Meditation
Meditation is going into yourself, making contact with yourself. It is a tool leading to transformation and spiritual development, finding the essence of existence.
Chanting the mantras calms the mind and prepares you for meditation. I teach meditation techniques, with mind withdrawal, using mantra, as well as guided techniques.
